Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS) offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world. Are you ready to join a global network spanning 20+ countries, where bright minds collaborate to tackle real-world challenges in Innovation & Sustainability? Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within? As an intern, you will contribute to Compleasy, an AI-powered supplier due diligence and ESG intelligence project designed to strengthen sustainability and risk transparency across Roche’s global value chain. The project aims to automate the analysis of unstructured supplier data, identify humanitarian and ecological risks, and support audit-ready, legally robust ESG reporting in a trusted data environment. Within your first 3 months, you are expected to help deliver a proof of concept for AI-based ESG KPI (Environmental, Social, Governance Key Performance Indicators) extraction, a gap analysis of a Compliance Command Center tailored to Roche’s supplier risk categories, a risk visualization dataset, and an implementation roadmap for integration with existing systems. You will also support benchmarking key suppliers against Science Based Targets and Roche standards to identify emissions-related risk in the supply chain. Your work will contribute to more sustainable sourcing, stronger compliance readiness, and more resilient supply chain decision-making.
