Help us build extraordinary experiences that connect and inspire. What you’ll be doing: As our Employer Branding Intern, you'll help enhancing our brand presence. You’ll work on: * Ambassador Program Coordination: Support our Talent Acquisition community to drive the Ambassador program for retails and early careers collaborating with our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team. * Global Community & Event Support: Coordinate local employer branding initiatives into one connected community (alignment, planning support, and follow-through). * Career site Content Management: Make adjustments to the career site, including edits and publications when necessary. * Project Coordination: Content translations, content creation for campaigns, and managing YouTube content preparation and publication. * Content Creation: Depending on your skills, support content writing for platforms such as LinkedIn, career site and internal magazines. * Trends and channels: Partner with our Recruitment Marketeer and inspire our team with channels, content and messages which resonate with our future team members for stores and offices. * Tech EB Projects: Help shape and activate tech employer branding that position Rituals as an attractive employer through content coordination, insights on channels, and campaign support.
