Job Description

At Siemens Energy, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) Sustainability to support our Grid Technologies Strategy & Sustainability team in driving the energy transition. As a working student, you will contribute to strategic, analytical, and communication‑related tasks and gain hands‑on experience in a global, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Sustainability Management or a related field
Solid knowledge of sustainability topics and strong interest in the energy transition
Practical experience gained through internships or working student positions
Very good English and communication skills, with German language skills as an advantage
Advanced PowerPoint skills with clear, structured and audience-oriented messaging
Structured, independent and reliable working style, including strong organizational skills, careful data handling, ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, proactive mindset and high personal motivation to make a tangible sustainability impact
