Are you passionate about people with a drive for results and a great sense of humor? We are looking for a motivated intern to join our dynamic recruitment team for a minimum of 3 months! You will work in tandem with our recruiters, Françoise and Bob, while being mentored closely by our Talent Acquisition Manager, Laurent. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your energy truly makes an impact. If you’re eager to learn and ready to dive into the action, you will fit right in! Your Impact As a full member of the team, you won't just watch, you’ll dive right in! Supported by experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to: * Recruit: Own the end-to-end recruitment of junior consultants and interns alongside Laurent, our Recruitment Manager. * Source: Partner with Françoise and Bob to identify top talent on different platforms like LinkedIn, plan of screening calls, and first interviews with candidates, etc * Innovate: Contribute to different projects linked to our recruitment activities, such as Employer Branding, referral programs, and process improvements. * Create: Develop social media content (videos, campaigns, and job ads) to boost our visibility.
