As a Talent & Culture Intern, you are a hands-on part of our team, helping Dapper grow in a people-first way. You will gain experience across the full talent journey—from attracting and engaging future colleagues to improving how we hire, onboard, and work together. Together with the team, you will think strategically about how we build a future-proof talent pipeline and how we continuously improve our recruitment and interview processes. At the same time, you’ll support our culture and office environment by helping with day-to-day operations, team initiatives, and internal activities.
