Job Description

You support our Legal Counsel in the development of the legal department and the conception of processes/workflows. You help in setting up a contract management tool, define workflows and processes. You assist with data privacy management and the control of legally compliant auditing and archiving processes. You support legal knowledge management and ensure that all relevant information is presented in an effective way. You help our teams with legal questions from the operational day-to-day business, e.g. by drafting and reviewing contracts. You support the development and conception of inhouse legal trainings. You assist with the further digitalization of a modern legal department. You take responsibility for your own projects.

Requirements

You are currently studying German Law or Business Administration with a focus on law and achieve excellent academic results.
You have a strong interest in legal processes and Legal Tech topics.
You possess excellent computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; programming skills are a plus).
You work independently, responsibly, and reliably.
You demonstrate professional flexibility, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.
You enjoy working in a team and maintain client-oriented, professional communication.
You are fluent in German and English.
