As part of our Operations Team, you will support and progressively take responsibility for shipment, logistics, and inventory management. You will ensure smooth material flow across different countries and different production/R&D sites, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. From receiving and dispatching goods to contributing to ERP implementation and writing clear procedures, you will gain end-to-end exposure to how a semiconductor startup structures and scales its logistics processes. This role comes with real ownership and visibility. For a motivated and hands-on individual, it offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent position and take full responsibility for warehouse and inventory management over time.
