What will you do? * Work in tandem with Claims Handlers to review and assist in the pet claims handling process (analyse customer-submitted documents from vets and validate them based on the pet's health condition and applicable insurance terms and conditions). * Contribute to the daily tasks related to pet claims handling (administrative duties, communication with the Product Unit).
