About the RoleWe are looking for a curious, motivated, and responsible Intern/Trainee in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support our global IT team. This role is ideal for students in their second year (or beyond) who have gained initial theoretical knowledge in Identity Management, IT Security, or related fields and want to apply their skills in a real-world enterprise environment.You will work closely with international colleagues and gain hands‑on experience with the OpenText IAM platform and its interfaces.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the operation and maintenance of the OpenText IAM platformAssist with IAM integrations and connectors for Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and SAPHelp monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolutionDocument procedures, configuration changes, and technical guidelinesParticipate in global IAM initiatives and continuous improvement activities
