In this Internship, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and follow through with the results of those decisions. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through job experience, mentoring and training. Join us to take the challenge! 📝 As a Summer Intern you will: * Have great opportunity to get in touch with practice of production system * Work on real business projects for which you will assume responsibility from Day 1, e.g. production management systems improvement, data analysis, lead and execute cost-saving projects * Gain great work experience in the inspirational work environment using leading edge technology and getting to know process engineer role in practice * Develop professionally and personally through coaching, mentoring and class-room training * Become the member of the P&G team and experience a dynamic and international environment - other plants of the region, technical centers and often our customers or suppliers * Lead and execute cost-saving and process improvement projects * Participate in integration events and team building activities across the summer * Have the opportunity to join the P&G team as a Trainee following the successful completion of your Internship.
