






We are looking for a Reception Intern H/F for a 6-month period to strengthen our team! Your main responsibilities will include: * Answering phone calls; * Handling guest reservations; * Welcoming and assisting guests regarding their stay, formalities, rates, and hotel or tourism services in accordance with the establishment’s quality standards and commercial policy; * Managing the guest experience from check-in to check-out; * Contributing to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service throughout their stay; * Performing administrative tasks (reservations, scheduling, mail handling, etc.) and accounting tasks (billing, payments, etc.) related to guest files; * Promoting the hotel or tourism establishment (information mailings, prospecting, pricing strategy, etc.); * Contributing to achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the department; * Carrying out any related tasks assigned by the supervisor; * Ensuring the hotel’s calm and security during the nigh.
