Responsibilities During your internship, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day business of the Acquisitions and Asset management team. Your main tasks will comprise: * Evaluation of new opportunities (business model, business plan, etc.) * Building financial models and conducting valuations * Preparation of draft presentations for current and prospective projects * Supporting the due diligence process of new targets * Benchmarking and industry analysis * Conducting market research * Supporting our asset management specialists in employing value-maximizing strategies for our portfolios Coordination with external providers and property managers
