We are currently seeking a Global Retail Training Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan, for a 6-month curricular internship. How you will contribute? Support to Digital Learning * Upload and maintain content in the Digital E-Learning App. * Create small, engaging videos to support training initiatives. Shooting and training event Creation * Organize and set up video shoots with external partners during showroom and other locations, including relationship with external partners and models, stock preparation and equipment hire. * Coordinate training events, including booking rooms, restaurants, and other logistics. Training Administration and Reporting * Provide operational support in day-to-day training activities and global training projects. * Consolidate regional data capture and generate reports for all training KPIs.
