Support the maintenance and digitalization of the Integrated HSSE Management System; Assist in the review and update of HSSE procedures in alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and industry standards; Maintain controlled documentation, ensuring compliance, version control, and accessibility; Support internal HSSE workshops, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture and environmental responsibility. Aggregate, validate, and analyze HSSE indicators (TRIR, LTIF, near misses, process safety events, environmental releases); Contribute to the development and automation of monthly and quarterly HSSE dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools); Ensure data consistency and integrity by coordinating with HSSE focal points across operational sites; Assist in statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and recurring non-conformities; Support compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and industry guidelines. Process Safety & Risk Management: Assist with Process Safety Management activities, including incident investigations, root cause analysis, and action tracking; Support facilitation of risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, BowTie) and contribute to maintaining risk registers; Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
