Job Description

We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Integrated Maintenance, Repair and Development Services (IMRDS) team based in Norwich. Location: Waterworks Road, Heigham, Norwich - Hybrid working available Hours: 25 hours per week Please note this is a 9month fixed term contract We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Join our thriving IMRDS partnership between Anglian Water, Kier and Clancy, where we maintain water supply systems, manage repairs and develop innovative solutions to better serve customers. In this nurturing environment, you'll have the opportunity to grow your commercial skills while contributing to essential services that communities depend on. What will you be responsible for? As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be working within the Anglian Water IMRDS team, supporting them in managing costs for the framework. Your day to day will include: * Updating commercial reports with precision and attention to detail * Processing timesheets and ensuring accurate record-keeping * Managing subcontractor payment processes * Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation * Contributing to the smooth running of administrative systems
