Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, working remotely but based in Barcelona, to support our People & Talent team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a role ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and people operations, who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how talent acquisition works in a fast-paced, international tech environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and other internal teams, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will also assist with on-site activities when needed, such as employer branding initiatives or internal events.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
Based in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities when needed.
Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools; prior exposure to recruitment or HR tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team.
