Job Description

As a Working Student in our Legal team, you’ll support a wide variety of legal and compliance work that underpins Hawk’s global operations. From contract review to regulatory research and legal operations, you’ll gain practical experience across commercial law, fintech regulation, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a great opportunity for a motivated law student to develop hands-on skills in a fast-moving SaaS environment while contributing to impactful projects.

Requirements

Currently enrolled (and available for at least the next 6 months) in a law degree program: Staatsexamen, bachelor’s or master’s— ideally with coursework in commercial, corporate, tech, or financial regulatory law.
Strong interest in tech, SaaS, fintech, or compliance regulations (AML, data protection, financial regulation).
Strong English skills (C1 or above); German skills are a plus and helpful for reviewing documents.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks reliably.
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and asking questions proactively.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Reliability and discretion when handling confidential information.
