Job Description

As a Working Student in Global Fuel Purchasing, you will play a crucial role in our Green Fuels department. Your primary focus will be on supporting the management of biofuel inventories and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. You will also assist in communicating with suppliers, issuing instructions to ships, and verifying biofuel deliveries to maintain data quality and compliance.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a full-time student in business economics, logistics, purchasing, finance, administration or a related field
Demonstrate a passion for negotiation skills and possess good analytical abilities
Self-motivated, reliable and target-oriented personality, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with various stakeholders
Fluent in English, as it is our office language
Previous experience in a similar role or exposure to the shipping industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with learning new software systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, as well as eagerness to learn about sustainable fuel procurement and contribute to green initiatives
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is highly valued
