








As part of the Sustainable Brand & Innovation team (within the Yves Rocher CSR team) and working with a large number of teams and expertises, you will play an active role in the sustainable transformation of the brand and the deployment of our commitments across the entire consumer experience (from products to the entire shopping experience, in 360). You will be responsible for : 1. Actively participate in the definition of certain strategies on key pillars of brand commitment: certifications / eco-design / transparency / sustainable marketing and communication... 2. Draft CSR materials for the various teams, providing them with a framework, methodology and message prioritization (marketing / retail / sales consultant training, etc.). 3. Support the two project managers in their missions related to packaging eco-design for example (work in the form of workshops, definition of issues, preparation, organization and debriefing of sessions). 4. Carry out an innovation watch to identify new trends in eco-designed packs and formulas, emerging forms of CSR communication, and major societal and environmental trends in line with consumer expectations and legal framework. 5. Participate in brainstorming/exchange of ideas on various projects in order to participate in the transformation of the brand and accelerate the mobilization of internal teams on CSR topics.
