Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven value-based selling methodology, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Native-level or full proficiency in German & complete fluency in English.
  • Currently completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business administration, International relationships, International businesses, Marketing or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication.
  • Independent, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to learning sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to collaborate in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Strong interest in the IT/Software Industry with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to structure responses and think critically.
