





Provide support for strategic on-trade initiatives, reporting directly to the Global Customer Development manager inside the Global Customer Partnership (GCP) team – communications, digital marketing, event coordination & activations, customer development & relationship, content creation as well as some ad-hoc projects. Your key missions: Support the development of customer and consumer activations * Support the Global Customer Development manager with recurring reports and presentations – both internal and customer facing. * Ideate and develop brand activation solutions tailored to customer needs at both a portfoliolevel and specific brand level / contribute to the annual customer strategy plan. * Act as liaison with Brand Units and Market Cos to inform and build effective activation plans. * Provide research and fact finding needs for marketing & commercial opportunities * Handle Customers platform & coordination with Tech teams. Co-lead communications across all channels (email, newsletter social, webplatforms) to share and amplify customer and consumer activations * Generate and execute communication and interaction plans across multiple channels * Engage with the audience responses created by your communications * Create original, brand-appropriate, engaging blogs, posts, newsletters. * Analyse engagement data, identifying trends in interactions. * Planning digital campaigns to grow customer/consumer engagement. Event Coordination * Organize events for International Customers. * Support the organization of cocktail competition & incentives program. Content Creation * Creation & redaction of content. * Graphic design on Canva & Adobe.Video editing Budget * Data Collection of Volumes & Excel consolidation.
