Draft and publish job descriptions on relevant channels; Manage applications from A to Z; Organize and lead interviews; Manage offer and hiring process up to employment contract signature; Participate in the On-boarding process of our new joiners; Participate in job fairs and career events; Participate in our Applicant Tracking System implementation; Contribute to process improvement and optimization; Follow up on budget and Recruitment KPIs; Participate in other recruitment initiatives such as employer branding campaign.
