As a Mini Bar Intern, you will ensure that all mini-bars and in-room amenities are stocked, maintained, and presented according to the highest standards of the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in enhancing the in-room experience for our guests. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Regularly check and refill mini-bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other items in accordance with established standards. * Keep accurate inventory records, track consumption, and report any discrepancies or shortages. * Ensure that all items are fresh, in good condition, and within expiration dates. Promptly replace any damaged or expired products. * Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding the mini-bar with courtesy and efficiency. * Arrange in-room amenities in an attractive and welcoming manner. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mini-bars, ensuring a neat and appealing presentation at all times. * Work closely with housekeeping and room service teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
