Hours of Work You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, generally Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5pm. The role is mainly office-based with some flexibility. We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Apprentice. About the Role As a Facilities Apprentice, you’ll work closely with a small, friendly team to learn how we look after our stores and offices. You’ll help manage maintenance requests, support with essential admin tasks, and learn how we work with external suppliers. You will be supported throughout the apprenticeship and will gain practical experience in: • Logging and tracking maintenance requests • Responding to queries from stores • Updating databases and keeping records accurate • Helping with invoices and costs • Learning how we manage utilities like gas, electricity, and water • Making sure health and safety standards are met • Supporting Facilities Managers with day-to-day tasks • Checking that waste and recycling processes are followed correctly
