While you will gain exposure to HR topics and stakeholders across different levels, the core of this role lies in working with data to support decision-making. You will play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and visualizing HR data, contributing directly to workforce insights and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the HRBP and another student worker while collaborating with teams such as People Analytics, gaining hands-on experience in translating data into meaningful insights. The role offers a high level of ownership, independence, and flexibility, including remote work options.
