In this role, you will focus on the generation of novel plasmid constructs as starting material for viral vector-based therapies. Your primary responsibilities will include: Molecular Biology: Perform molecular cloning and prepare plasmid DNA for viral vector production. This includes independently executing experiments, interpreting data, and ensuring accurate documentation Method Implementation: Drive the development and establishment of novel, cutting-edge technologies for molecular cloning and host cell engineering Data Analysis : Analyze experimental results and present findings to the broader team
