Job Description

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting projects and programs that align People & Culture (HR) strategies with our organizational goals, contributing to a high-performance culture. * Support project managers, program managers, and PMOs in delivering People and Culture transformation projects. * Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables. * Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects.

Requirements

Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally studying Psychology, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Media, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluent in German
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
Ability to create visually appealing and functional slides in PowerPoint and other digital tools to effectively convey complex information in an engaging format.
Interest in areas such as Corporate HR, Communications, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Change Management, Learning and Development, Leadership or related fields.
First experience in project management and related tasks is a plus.
