As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support experienced M&A consultants in the acquisition and execution of consulting mandates and thus get to know an M&A process at all stages. The field of activity: * Working in a highly motivated team in the acquisition and execution of corporate finance transactions * Independent research in connection with current and potential M&A and financing projects * Preparation of pitch presentations, industry, balance sheet and cash flow analyses, company valuations, information memoranda, electronic and physical data rooms * Evaluation of Due Diligence Reports * Preparation of customer meetings and events * Active support in transaction structuring as well as in the preparation and negotiation of contract documents * Conduct of negotiations
