Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and curious Sales & Marketing and Hospitality Intern to join the Casa Martini team in Pessione. The intern will support the Sales & Marketing team and the Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities related to Communication and Visitor Experience . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to grow in digital communication and hospitality within the spirits industry .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree and/or previous exposure to the spirits industry is a plus.
Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
Strong analytical mindset and confidence with numbers.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; good command of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Canva.
Basic understanding of CRM tools, e-commerce, and SEO/SEM principles.
Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for hospitality, retail, and marketing.
