Job Description

As a Working Student on our Recruiter Product team, you will be the driving force behind our product discovery - conducting user research, market analysis, and competitor research that directly shapes what we build. This isn't a passive support role: you'll run interviews, document findings, and translate them into actionable insights that influence our product roadmap. As you grow, you'll take ownership of initiatives that emerge from your research, acting as the PM for these workstreams in collaboration with our UX Design and Engineering teams. You'll gain hands-on product management experience at a time when you can actively shape our roadmap and explore what AI-powered product management looks like in practice.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at a German university with fluency in German (at least C1 level) - as it is the primary working language in this role.
Curiosity and Initiative: Eagerness to learn, experiment, and suggest improvements - particularly around AI-assisted workflows.
Proactive Ownership: Independently clarifies tasks, drives projects forward with minimal guidance, and stays focused even when requirements are unclear or priorities shift.
