Job Description

Hands-on experience and gain a professional qualification on the job (Level 4 Apprenticeship) within the Solutions Investment department. * Upon successful completion of the Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist (and gaining the Investment Management Certificate), apprentices will have the opportunity to pursue the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification as their career progresses. Investment20/20 You will join as an apprentice as part of the Investment20/20 programme. You will have opportunities to meet and network with trainees and apprentices across the industry, as well as participate in behavioural and technical skills training, socials and insight events.

Requirements

Are living in England and have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years before the apprenticeship start date
Will be aged 18 or over by 7 September 2026
Are a recent school or college leaver (A-levels, BTECs or equivalent), or you’re not sure university is right for you
Are not enrolled in another government-funded apprenticeship or further education programme when starting with us
Ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter, eager to learn about the industry.
Flexible with a keen eye for detail and good IT skills
Natural flair for developing relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset.
A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required
English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE grade A*–C/9–4 or equivalent) by the start of a Level 3 or higher apprenticeship
If you don’t currently hold Level 2 English and Maths, you must achieve these during the apprenticeship as a condition of completion
