The role supports the Financial Controlling Manager in Italy in the following activities: * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Support budgeting and forecasting processes * Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics * Help maintain and improve internal financial controls * Assist with cost analysis, profitability studies, and financial modeling * Prepare ad‑hoc analyses for management

Requirements
