



Every day is different and varied. You will be in charge of a wide range of different projects. Typical tasks may include: * Assist the expansion of our ‘Business-to-Business’ (B2B) e-procurement system into new and current business areas; * Responsible for the management of B2B process including system management, user training & liaising with suppliers regarding potential opportunities * Increase internal customer satisfaction by supporting and improving the efficiencies of the procurement cycle; * Manage the Prysmian supplier base approval process; * Supporting Central Purchasing Team in a range of on-going or to be defined projects as required; * Investigate invoice discrepancies, communicate contract renewals and terminations, and support our ‘internal contract timetable database; * Assisting negotiating contracts and setting up pricing agreements; * Support the purchasing team in carrying out spend analysis and market research worldwide; * Support with the renegotiation of Long Term Agreements as well as with the management of small RFX. * Provide general administrative support within the Purchasing Team which would include maintaining SAP supplier prices, Payment Terms analysis & discrepancies.
