Job Description

As a Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will gain very broad experience in HR topics, Talent Strategy, and how to build a high-performance team. You'll learn how to attract, retain, and develop top talent, develop employer branding campaigns, and how to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • About to graduate from university in HR, Business, Psychology, or a similar field.
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform at a high level.
  • This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit, in line with local internship regulations.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is great but not required.
  • Fluency in English is a must, German or French are nice to have.
