In your role as a Working Student (all genders) in Strategy & FP&A Controlling, you will support our production controlling organization on its digital transformation journey. You will work closely with Site Controllers, the Finance Data & Analytics team, and the Strategy & FP&A Controlling team to support and enhance our financial planning and analysis routines. Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation: Create, enhance and maintain dashboards in Power BI Support the further development and daily operation of our performance and reporting application “Performance Factory” Help maintain and improve automated reporting routines, ensuring data is prepared accurately and on time Assist in validating data quality and improving data accuracy Contribute ideas on how to simplify processes and increase efficiency through digital tools and automation Financial Planning & Analysis Support Support financial analyses related to manufacturing operations (e.g. cost analysis & forecasting tasks) Help prepare standard reports, performance reviews and presentations for management Consolidation and analysis of financials for production sites / clusters Assist in the preparation of standard-price calculations and related controlling processes Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making within the team. You will be integrated into the day-to-day work of the team and gain insights into production controlling, supply chain, and financial planning processes in an international environment.
