Job Description

Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program and junior positions. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects. Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers. Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.

Requirements

  • Master, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management. We are mainly looking for the right demeanor!
  • You should have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office skills are a must.
  • You are enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.
  • EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands)
  • Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, positivity & passion: You’re curious, positive and enthusiastic. People know you as the driver of the team.
