From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects. Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers. Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.
