Job Description

PowerUP Energy Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer or Quality Engineer to support our Quality Manager in daily quality operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a professional career in Quality Engineering and who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing deep-tech company. You will work closely with the Quality Manager on documentation, certification maintenance, component and production quality checks, and compliance-related tasks. This can be a part-time or a full-time role, onsite at our headquarters in Tallinn. Candidates may start as an intern, but we are looking for someone interested in a long-term commitment. Starting as an intern is optional for those with sufficient experience, who can join directly as a Junior Quality Engineer. Students who are still completing their studies are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Degree (or final Bachelor year/ Master studies) in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quality engineering methods.
Good documentation and organisational skills.
Interest in compliance, product reliability, and process improvement.
