Communication Management: * Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of communication materials related to SAP Experience Center initiatives * Assist with the management and upkeep of SharePoint pages to ensure seamless operation and accessibility * Play a vital role in organizing and summarizing SAP Experience Center community meetings Enablement & Project Management * Assist in the formulation and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables * Support the tracking of project progress * Support preparation phase and execution of trainings/workshops * Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed * Support in creating communication and strategy assets for Women in Tech program Content Management: * Support in maintaining and updating sales relevant assets on content management platforms * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Virtual Account Teams and regional stakeholders to align engagement objectives and contribute to account planning activities
