Join the “THE NEW RETAIL” Core Team as an intern and be a part of the implementation and further development of our new digital processes and systems in collaboration with our European markets. What awaits you? * You contribute to the sales model transformation of the BMW Group. * Experience a dynamic and international environment with innovative concepts, processes, and tools. * Collaborate closely with IT and Business teams to support the go-live plan for new markets in Europe. * Support the planning and design of future sales channel development within the BMW Group. * Create analyses on current challenges and prepare decisions from your insights, as well as analyze implemented processes to develop insights for process partners. * Coordinate and document international meetings with market representatives. * Assist the project team with go-live milestone planning, communication and rollout measures.

Requirements

Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field of study.
Team and communication skills as well as a structured and independent way of working and analytical skills.
Interest in working at the interface between business administration and IT as well as interest in sales topics and in interacting with colleagues in the European sales teams.
Very good knowledge of German and English and familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience with programming languages like SQL, PQL, Python.
Experience in agile working methods and in-depth knowledge of using the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) are an advantage.
Experience in Process Mining/Process Intelligence like Celonis
