INTERNSHIP/THESIS IN CAE – INJECTION MOLDING SIMULATION FOR THERMOSETS (BMC) Location Lippstadt, GermanyFORVIA HELLA is a listed international automotive supplier. YOUR TASKS - Assist with Simulations: Contribute to performing injection molding simulations focusing on reactive molding of BMC materials. - Use Simulation Tools: Help apply advanced tools such as Moldflow for analysis and data evaluation. - Analyze Material Behavior: Support investigations of flow behavior, curing kinetics, and material properties during the molding process. - Collaboration: Gain insights by working closely with experts in material science and process engineering to validate simulation results. START: after arrangement DURATION: at least 12 weeks

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a university and have not yet completed your final examination.
  • Knowledge in plastics and material science, physics, or mechanical engineering with a focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Interest: Passion for process optimization and innovative manufacturing technologies.
  • Work Style: Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player.
