Job Description

Communication Management: - Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of communication materials related to SAP Experience Center initiatives - Assist with the management and upkeep of SharePoint pages to ensure seamless operation and accessibility - Play a vital role in organizing and summarizing SAP Experience Center community meetings Enablement & Project Management - Assist in the formulation and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Support the tracking of project progress - Support preparation phase and execution of trainings/workshops - Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed - Support in creating communication and strategy assets for Women in Tech program Content Management: - Support in maintaining and updating sales relevant assets on content management platforms - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Virtual Account Teams and regional stakeholders to align engagement objectives and contribute to account planning activities
