Job Description

The Packaging Optimization & Line Efficiency Intern is the technical link between our Paris Packaging HQ and the local Production Units. Joining our team in Settimo Torinese, you will ensure the success of new product launches by ensuring every new design is "Good First Time" (BPC) and runs perfectly on our automated lines. We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive STEM student or recent graduate, capable of managing technical risk analyses, coordinating industrial trials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and international suppliers to optimize plant performance and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

Master’s degree in an Engineering field (Management, Materials, or similar STEM fields) is required.
Proficiency in MS Office for technical analysis and presentation preparation.
Familiarity with data analysis or packaging software is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and fluent in English; basic knowledge of French is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability of communicating at all levels.
High level of adaptability and pragmatism in a fast-paced production environment.
Involvement and motivation to work in a team.
