As a Working Student in our Global Rewards & Performance team, you will gain hands‑on insights into the global compensation and performance processes in an international context. You will support us in ensuring smooth global cycles, strong data quality, and a positive experience for our leaders and employees. Your main tasks include: * Supporting the preparation and execution of global compensation and performance cycles (salary review, bonus processes) * Working with highly sensitive compensation and employee data in line with internal compliance requirements and upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive standards * Preparing and maintaining Excel templates, reports, and analyses for global stakeholders * Conducting data checks, validations, and quality controls to ensure consistent, accurate results * Supporting the creation of presentations, summaries, and reports for senior leadership * Assisting with global HR systems and tools and contributing to process improvements * Supporting documentation, harmonization, and continuous development of Global Rewards processes * Collaborating with HRBPs, People Services, and regional rewards teams around the world * Conducting ad‑hoc analyses and participating in projects within the Global Rewards & Performance space * Some of the work can be done in the home office in line with the company regulations.
