



You actively contribute to strategy and transformation projects for our clients, with a particular focus on the People workstream. You support executive search and team build-up projects for key digital leadership roles (e.g. CEO, CDO, CMO). You prepare pitch decks, recruiting materials and strategic decision documents for client projects. You develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies in close collaboration with the team. You identify, assess and directly approach senior leaders for digital transformation initiatives. You build and continuously maintain talent pipelines for current and future search mandates. You contribute to market analyses, research activities and evaluations and derive actionable recommendations. You analyse data and KPIs to continuously optimise sourcing and recruiting processes. You support business development activities, including market research, pitch preparation and client presentations. You take ownership of individual workstreams or sub-projects and, depending on your interests and performance, drive smaller independent projects. You actively contribute your own ideas to improve projects, processes and tools.
