The team works on transactions like Fundraisings, LBO, M&A, Growth Financing, IPO, Take private for all types of technology and innovative companies including software/SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, deep tech... and therefore requires strong interest in technology and a willingness to build deep sector knowledge.We are looking for an intern from September 2026 for a 6 month-period. We’ll trust you to:As an intern, you will be fully integrated into the broader Lazard Financial Advisory platform, working in an international environment alongside members of Lazard's product teams (ECM, DCM, Venture Growth Banking) in delivering high end financial and strategic advice to Lazard's clients. Benefiting from high exposure to senior bankers and customers, the intern will play a crucial role in helping to produce process materials and financial modelling, and therefore requiring advanced technical background, rigor and work efficiency.
