




This role supports the Client Advisory team with daily operations, including administrative tasks, shipment coordination, client interaction, and research. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. (Duties include but are not limited to the following) Administrative Support * Supporting the team in the day to day running of the Department (in situ and remotely) * Supporting with pre-sale and post-sale tasks (sourcing high res images, condition reports, invoices) * Shipping requests and shipments coordination – ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner and all relevant updates provided to the advisors/Project Manager * Liaising with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment in a timely manner * Responsible for collecting and distributing post * Maintaining stationery supplies in the Department * Arranging couriers, maintaining printers * Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and messages passed on * Meeting clients at office, take to meeting room and assist with required refreshments * Maintain the catalogue inventory and allocation among team members * Updating the Team weekly on the global calendar and sale contacts Market Research * Prospective client research * Assist with ad-hoc client buying research and requirements Miscella * Any other tasks required as and when they arise * Ensuring that the Client Advisory team receives highly detailed and accurate level of support
