Key Responsibilities: * Actively support lead generation and prospect qualification, working closely with our SDRs in their outreach efforts. * Use Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential customers. * Assist with account mapping by analysing target industries and identifying key decision-makers. * Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategy, conducting SWOT analyses and researching customer pain points. * Contribute to SDR team meetings and sales pipeline discussions. Support us in evaluating lead conversion rates and crafting outreach messages. * Support the creation of presentations and sales materials for internal and customer use.
