Collaboration in IT projects and tenders (RFPs) (e.g., ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Device as a Service, Managed NOC) * Structuring and documenting project and process content * Participation in governance and compliance topics (hardware processes, ISMS documentation, audit preparation) * Creation and maintenance of knowledge databases (Confluence, Knowledge Base for ServiceNow) * Preparation of presentations and decision templates (for management meetings, community calls, internal communication) * Support of internal tech adoption initiatives (e.g., Copilot adoption, documentation consolidation)
