




As an HRBP Retail NL intern, you will support the delivery of your assigned initiative through strong organisation, communication, and coordination. Y our responsibilities may include: Project Management & Coordination * Support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project * Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and help maintain project timelines * Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps * Assist in the organisation of meetings and workshops Content Creation & Communication * Develop PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and compelling story * Prepare communication materials for HR stakeholders and project updates * Break down complex information into simple, clear messages Business-as-Usual (BAU) HRBP Support Alongside your main project, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the Retail HRBP team, such as: * Preparing materials or insights for HRBP meetings * Supporting recurring HR cycles where needed (e.g. performance, talent, or engagement initiatives) * Assisting with stakeholder communication or coordination * Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes.
